here are my ideas for the clan server.
Everybody, except the dbd hr server uses the xzl settings as a base. By the way, they are using slightly wrong xzl settings. I host the current xzl server and have the right settings.
The last incarnation of the VZ server had more acceleration than most hr servers out there, with adjustments to make it possible to still do all the fancy moves people do in HR. I have learned enough to tweak how the rubber refills, and how the rubber is expended. So, I would like to make a new type of HR server that nobody else has done. Similar to the DBD one, but not as weird.
I am also thinking of doing a different acceleration on enemy walls vs the acceleration on your own walls. This would encourage people to attack. And make the server have more aggressive gameplay.
As to a tournament server. I would like to setup a second vZ tournament server where you have 2 teams of up to 4 players, playing in the same settings as we come up with for the regular clan server.
Then you could have a tournament of 4 player teams. Also, you guys could make the regular tournament server the place for clan challenges. I can set it up so anybody can lock their own team and challenge another team, as long as they have been given team leader access.
